springs”, the translation of the Greek name [“ænon”] for
the Jordan River.

We are a small press dedicated to publishing book-length
non-fiction. Our interests include biography and
autobiography; collections of essays on spirituality, religion,
psychology, science or education; travel narratives: and
books about the food and cultural history of the American
South.
